The history of the Pierucci family is rooted in the Niolu, in the heart of Corsica, before they settled in Vescovato in the 19th century. From generation to generation, the family has evolved its know-how, moving from animal husbandry and farm production to a true family cheese dairy. Even today, the house carries on this island tradition by working with sheep’s milk, among other things, and producing cheeses deeply tied to the Corsican terroir.
