Their story

Fromage Warwick: their story

Their region

Centre-du-Québec · Quebec

In Warwick, the Lemay brothers decided to give the rich milk of their herd of Jersey cows a new purpose by moving into cheesemaking. Born of the family farm, the cheese dairy first became known for its cheese curds before developing fine cheeses able to express more of the character of this milk. The Lemeric 1972 is part of this farmhouse approach, in the heart of a region where dairy and cheese production have a long history.
