A story of passion

It all started with a neighborhood cheese shop opened in 2015 by local entrepreneurs and gourmets Franck Henot and Danny Therrien. Etienne and Pierre Biotteau then took over the business. Their ambition: to pass on the passion that drives them to as many people as possible. Over the years, thanks to a fervent team of cream-makers, Bleu et persillé has become an unmissable gourmet event for people from the Plateau Mont-Royal and surrounding area.

Our passion for a job well done doesn’t go unrequited. Yes, we select the finest products from here and abroad. But at Bleu et persillé, we’re also thirsty for exchange: discovering and helping others to discover, tasting and helping others to taste, that’s the motivation that drives the whole team.
